The recipe combines a balanced ratio of fibre and high-quality, digestible vegetable proteins and zero added sugars to ensure it is perfectly adapted to meet a rabbit’s nutritional requirements. In addition, Beaphar CARE ® Rabbit contains antioxidants such as Vitamin E, Omega 3 and 6, green tea extract and spirulina to support the immune system, prebiotics MOS and FOS to support healthy gut flora, and Yucca schidigera extract to reduce the smell of pets’ faeces. How to use: When changing your rabbit onto a new food it is important to do this gradually. Over a few days mix some old food in with Beaphar CARE ® Rabbit to avoid causing any intestinal disturbance. The daily amount of Beaphar CARE ® Rabbit to give is dependent upon the size and weight of your rabbit. The below information is a guide, so you may need to adjust the feeding amounts to suit your rabbit’s requirements. Rabbits weighing 1–2kg: Feed 20–40g of Beaphar CARE ® Rabbit per day Rabbits weighing 2–3kg: Feed 40–60g of Beaphar CARE ® Rabbit per day Rabbits weighing 3–5kg: Feed 60–100g of Beaphar CARE ® Rabbit per day Rabbits weighing 5–8kg: Feed 100–160g of Beaphar CARE ® Rabbit per day Rabbits weighing 8–10kg: Feed 160–200g of Beaphar CARE ® Rabbit per day These quantities should preferably be split between two meals. Always have fresh drinking water available and a constant supply of hay.
